This is the real deal. This vest comes with lots of storage and fully loaded can weigh quite a bit. I would like to see some additional creature comforts such as lined pockets and some dedicated storage of data cards but the vest hits the mark for general photograph needs quite well. Other vests have small suede patches under the epaulets to reduce strap slipping and some additional snaps at the bottom of the vest would also be handy. Good product and at $50 street, a better value.
