I got mine off ebay, in almost new condition.
Works fine either TTL/manual on my Nikons, not so fine as SB600, but then again it is 100$ cheaper.
What I lack mainly is manual control over the zoom head when on or off camera, and the issues below.
It has a standby mode that requires you to push a button after a few mins for it to wake up, rather annoying when working off camera, and you can't turn standby off.
I bought it mainly for use with ebay wireless triggers, which it doesn't. While off camera it works only as an optical slave, triggered only by the pre-flash. Which is not that bad but restricts you from using it anywhere, anytime when off camera.
For it to work with those triggers it requires a little DIY hacking. Check Youtube for that.
It's a very good alternative for SB400.
