excellent flash for the money. I needed a quality and versatile flash for my Sony A100 and A700, but I did not want to spend the $500 Sony is asking for their top of the line flash.
this flash delivers, itas very easy to use, just turn it on and it does most of the work for you, your subjects come out evenly exposed every time. I just did a portrait shoot using this model wirelessly attached to an umbrella, it worked like a charm, 100 shots and all perfect.
it recycles in about 2 second with good batteries and no matter if you are pointing it at your subject or in the opposite direction for bounce, it compensates and you get a great shot.
