Pros:
Reliable exposure
Cons:
Fair construction, poor cord, no control

I used this system for several years with my Nikon F100. The exposure was good and even. However, I cannot say that the construction was very good. the cord pulled out of the strain relief socket at the flash head. It did not fail, but left the wires exposed. Nikon plastics and construction is much better.
One other note- this unit is for film only. Do not even attempt to use it digital- it will overexpose terribly.
I now shoot digital and have the wireless nikon R1 twin flash system. Absoluely nothing like it. If you cannot afford or justify the expense and still shoot film, the Sunpak unit gets the job done with nice even lighting.
