Pros:
lightweight, compact
Cons:
not suited for heavy equipment or longer focal distances
Versatile, cheap. Good as a first tripod.
Good max and min height (the central tube is divided in two sections, so you can remove the extension and increase the angle of the legs (3 levels avaible) and have your camera very close to the ground). At full height it isn't suitable for good landscape photography. Wind or camera movements easily blurs far objects.
Fits any kind of backpacks, and is quick to setup with the twist lock legs.
Construction quality is good. The only problem is the glue used in the leg's tips. One of them had to be fixed.
The provided case is dispensable.
ps.: tested only with a minolta dimage7 (500g)
