An ultra light, compact, five-section monopod with twist lock leg sections, rubber foot, foam handle grip and wrist strap. Made of titanium using direct contact pipe construction. This monopod features fast operation and because there is no leg lock lever and the like, it is easy to pack into a bag or back-pack.

This isn't a lens , it is a monopod , a monopad comes in handy when you want to shoot with long shutterspeeds and lenses with stablelisers are not availeable
I like it , but do not use it often since most of my gear has a kind of stabilisation system either in the lens or body.
but it shure helps and it does not cost mouch for the money it si a 8/9
you have to get acustemed to the leg closing and opning system, but once you have it as generally a good product
