(From company literature) SLIK SH-705E 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head. The SH-705e is a medium-duty 3-way pan head for use with SLIK and other manufacturer's tripods. This head has long handles with rubberized grips for easy and accurate positioning of the camera.
The SH-705E has separate lock controls for every movement of the head, panning, tilting, and movement from horizontal to vertical camera orientation. Quick Release plate included.

I put $0 spent since it was included in my Pro 330DX tripod kit.
The quick release is very nice, solid - never afraid that the camera is going to fall off. With the 3 way pan, I can put the camera (SLR or Video) in any position I want. The side handle comes off and inserts into the other one for storage - nice and compact.
I would recommend this head for anyone looking for combo usage between video/still.
