Pros:
Very quick to adjust; strong; quick release plate; handy bubble level
Cons:
A bit heavy and bulky
I love this tripod head. It's so quick to adjust (just pull the trigger, move it to the desired position and release), and it's strong enough to hold a medium sized SLR with a small to medium telephoto lens. I've had it for about 8 years with no problems. Highly recommended for when you don't need fine adjustment control.
