Pros: Build quality, Ease of use
Cons: Getting used to the QR plate!

I have access to several heads at work and this is my favourite by far. The handles are just the right size making the tripod easy to adjust.

The only difficulty I have experienced is that if you get the quick-release plate slightly off line it can trigger the locking mechanism which is tricky to unlock one-handed.

Pros: After 10 years of professioinal use-nothing has worn out-come loose or broken.
Cons: heavy levels need occosional adjustment

10 years of professional use and I used to take it backpacking and skiing. Nothing has come loose, worn out or broken. It has always been smooth and accurate. A little heavy, but relates to good construction.
