Inexpensive way to get into macrophotography

Inexpensive way to get true macro shots. It doesn't have any optical elements of its own, so it doesn't introduce any new flaws, but it definately magnifies the flaws in the lens you hang on it.
These are basically the same barrels that Kenko uses for their teleconverters, but without the optics, so the build quality is very good.
I used it with a Minolta 50mm f/1.7, Minolta 70-210mm f/4.0 'Beercan' and a Sigma 90mm f/2.8 1:2 Macro lens. The flaws in the 50/1.7 meant I didn't use it often, but I'm very pleased with the results I got with the other lenses.
