Pros: Cheap (but well made) and easy to carry
Cons: Doesn't hold as much as you'd think

A great bag for a DSLR and attached mid-zoom. You can add - perhaps - a second lens or a flash in the front pocket, but unless you have two smaller lenses, forget about getting them in the main compartment. However, if the size works for you, it's a great bag.

Pros: Good price from B&H; Lowepro always hard to beat
Cons:

Ideal for about town with:

dSLR
medium size f2.8 zoom
extra battery
Polarizing filter
gray card

...when you don't want to drag a full load of gear into restaurants, stores etc. - and you would be nuts to leave photo gear in the car

Can be fitted to camera with lens while they are mounted on tripod or monopod.
