Pros:
Ease of use, speed, quality, surprising what you can get in there.
Cons:
Looks like a camera bag, squeeze for large lenses/bodies
A remarkably flexible bag.
I carry a three-lens kit in one of these: 40D or 5D and a standard zoom (currently 24-105L) fitted, then either a 10-22 EFS (with the 40D) or a 100mm f2 (with the 5D), and another prime in the front pocket: 35mm f2 / 50mm f1.8 etc.
Plus a bunch of accessories - wired remote, lens hoods, batteries, spare cards, a couple of filters..
Nice to use - you are confident things won't fall out, no matter what you do with it.
Pity it looks rather uncool. Meh.
.. EDIT ..
It's rather a squeeze in there, but it's now holding a 5D with 24-105L fitted, a 17-40L, a 100mm f2 and a 2x teleconverter, along with the usual batteries, CF cards and a filter or two.
If I'm honest it's a bit tight, but these bags are effortlessly flexible.

Pros:
Good design, Love the pocket locations
Cons:
Too small if you're carrying more than 2 lenses (don't even try this with a long one)
My current bag..
As of now it only contains the 30D body, kit lens + 50mm f/1.8 II... I also include a bag of silica gel..
If I were to get a new lens... it wont fit the bag.. Not just because there are not enough pockets, but the fact is that it cannot accomodate a long lens or a flash (well you can fit a flash in, but its kinda too tight).
If you are just going for the kit lens package then this bag is perfect for you..
But if you have other gears to lug around.. get a bigger bag!
