Pros:
Padded very well, holds a lot of gear, will fit under an airline seat
Cons:
When using the accessory pouch, it pretty much fills up the whole front pocket
Can't say enought about this bag. It'll comfortably hold a body with lens attached plus 4 more lenses and accessories. I can't imagine needing much more than this for the hobbyist.
One thing that bugged me (only very little) was that when you store the pull out pouch in the front pocket, it's difficult to fit anythign else in the pocket.
