Pros: Outstanding build quality, Room for loads of gear
Cons: divider system a bit fiddly to reconfigure, not one to carry far

Huge, well thought out bag ideal for on location shooting where you can pop the bag down and use it as a base for keeping the gear and changing lenses.

The depth is ideal for zooms eg 24-70, 14-24, 70-300, which can be stored vertically with or without a body mounted. You can store a 70-200 F2.8 vertically but without a body attached. Modest primes can be stored one above the other with the folding dividers acting as separation. The dividing system is flexible enough to deal with the width of pro lenses (unlike many bags which are way too narrow) or you can fit a greater number of slimmer lenses. I can carry a D300, D700 (both with lenses attached and a battery grip on one) several spare lenses, 2 flashguns, batteries, cards etc and there is still some room. You can attach a tripod outside and numerous pouches stop the main compartment getting cluttered with filters, batteries , remotes, brackets etc.

Only gripe is that reconfiguring the dividers is like a puzzle and fiddly as the velcro keeps you tend not to do it too often!

It is undoubtedly one of the best built bags I have seen and Lowepro have made it as versatile and comfortable to carry as possible, even including a sturdy waist belt. Highly recommended if yiou need the size.
